Preparation:
For bread machines:
Add the ingredients in the following order. Process on
the whole wheat cycle or on a medium crust cycle,
depending on the options on your machine.
The old-fashioned way:
Add 1 cup 110 F. warm water to bowl and add yeast. Add
wet ingredients and salt, then knead in cereal and bread
flours. When dough is made, knead in fruit, nuts and
seeds as desired.
Cover and let rise in warm place till doubled. Punch
down and put into greased loaf pan and let rise till
doubled.
Bake at 375 F. for 40 minutes.
